Job Description

A fantastic opportunity is available for an Account Executive to join a leading independent insurance broker at their idyllically placed office in Penistone.They pride themselves on providing a first-class service to their clients, ensuring excellent working relationships are developed and maintained. Due to a period of success and shrewd investment they are growing rapidly, which will open up excellent careeropportunities within the business and the wider group, should you demonstrate the right attitude, skills and success in the role.Role:

  • Strategically build and retain a portfolio of commercial clients, utilising the support of an experience Telesales Executive
  • Working closely with Account Handlers and Brokers
  • Managing and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Establishing client demands, needs and requirements through fact finding, to ensure the correct level of cover is provided
  • Building a pipeline of prospects through referrals, leads and marketing
  • Utilise your insurance industry knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities to generate new business
Skills:
  • Extensive experience and working knowledge in commercial insurance
  • A driven and determined individual, motivated by achieving results
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with the ability to maintain and manage relationships
  • The ability to influence, negotiate and lead, with a focus on customer service
  • Experience of Acturis is desirable
