Student Accommodation Manager - £25,000 + Sheffield Great opportunity for a resourceful Accommodation Manager who is motivated to meet the needs of the residents and support the operation of a 100+ student accommodation building! Accommodation Manager Duties include: *Responsible for tenancy agreements*Dealing with sign ups including viewing of the flats/building*Assignment of rooms to students*Dealing and negotiating subcontracts for maintenance/cleaning/H&S*Maintaining the building to top standards in terms of maintenance/cleaning /H&S*Finding most cost effective solutions and having in place contracts for electricity/water/Internet*Manage and create the marketing strategy in its best way to keep a high occupancy building (100%)*Keep track and record of all invoices and rentals*Create budgets and track them consistently including monthly reports*Create occupancy schedules*To be excellent in follow ups, organizing, time efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
