2nd Line Support EngineerRole: 2nd Line Support EngineerLocation: Sheffield Salary: £37K DOE I am looking for a 2nd line support engineer to join a growing MSP in Sheffield on a permanent basis. You will have a keen interest in IT and keep up to datewith changing trends across the industry that can help with the efficiency and skill of your everyday tasks. Benefits: ** 20 Days Holiday + Bank ** WFH Opportunities ** Paid for Certifications ** Appraisal after first 6 months ** Annual appraisals ** Overtime = extra ££ Role Responsibilities:** Provide 2nd line support to customers via the service-desk, ensuring you have great communication skills as you will be liaising over the phone and email ** Provide onsite support as and when is needed - acting as the face of the company and maintaining high levels of customer service and standards at all time ** Provide advice to users and colleagues to ensure high levels of efficiency are maintained ** Participate in and lead projects across the customer base ** Keep up to date with technological changes and enhancements across the industry to ensure you can contribute to the ever evolving IT Strategy across the company Technical skills from you:** Windows Server and OS ** Active Directory, Group Policy ** Azure ** Exchange, Office 365 ** VMWare, Hyper-V ** Veeam Backups** Citrix ** Cisco Networking Ideally you will be from an MSP environment - however this is not essential as the company are looking for a driven individual who is willing to get stuck in from day 1 and have a desire to progress and improve on their own abilities.
