Im recruiting for an End User IT Support Analyst contractor to provide 1st and 2nd Line IT Support for a client in Sheffield. This is an initial 6 month initial contract which may have the possibility to extend. Im looking for someone with strong communicationskills; and experience of resolving incidents, problems, and queries and preferably within an ITIL support environment.
