Swimming Teacher | Swallows Leisure CentreLocation:Central Avenue, Sittingbourne ME10 4NTWorking hours:CasualSalary: £13.85 per hourAre you passionate about swimming Do you like to provide safe and enjoyable lessons in a first-class environment If so then this could be the right role for you.An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team at Swallows Leisure Centre, as we are looking to recruit CasualSwimming Teachers to cover schools, holiday and sickness cover between Monday to Sunday especially at weekday evenings and weekends.As part of the Swale Leisure Trust, Swallows Leisure Centre is Located in the town centre of Sittingbourne, the whole family can enjoy three swimming pools as well as exciting water features such as the Interactive Pirate Ship, Flume, Waves, Inflatable Slideand Pool Inflatable. We also have a state-of-the-art fitness suite kitted out with the latest equipment, two workout studios offering over 40 classes a week, a crche and a cafe.Purpose of RoleIn the role of the Swimming Teacher You will be involved working with a range of age groups who vary from age 3 up until adults. Each session will contain swimmers of mixed ability from beginners to advance.You will be responsible for the safety and skill advancement of the pupils within your care.What are we looking forWe are looking for someone who has previous experience of working within the leisure environment with the ability to set and achieve high standards of cleanliness and personal presentation as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.
