This is a crucial role to the business, providing first class administrative support to the site and ensuring operational efficiency in several areas - including quality, health and safety, and customer service.In this role, you’ll be working with managers and their teams on site to assist them with all administration tasks in accordance with the business needs, and will help to identify areas for improvement to reduce cost and time spent on various projects.You’ll also work closely with the Customer Service Manager and the Customer Service team. Duties in this area will include communication with customers to ensure they’re kept up to date on all important matters, data input, processing of invoices and complaint management, amongst other things.About you

  • GCSE standard or equivalent in literacy and numeracy
  • Excellent IT skills with high competency required for most Microsoft office applications
  • First class customer service skills
  • High accuracy levels/attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills required for all levels
