Job Description

We are looking to recruit motivated, enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our new Operations team in Sheerness. Initially this is a temporary contract, however, opportunities for permanent contracts may arise.DFDS sets high standards in customer service and you will be required to respond efficiently to customer enquiries whilst maintaining high customer satisfaction. Candidates must also be computer literate, flexible and demonstrate excellent communication skills.Working as part of a team you will be checking in our freight customers at the check-in booths and assisting with administration tasks.Applicants must be fully flexible as you will be required to work on a shift pattern working both days and nights. Shift start and end times may vary.Due to working in the Port environment, applicants must be over 18 years old.
