We are supporting our client to hire an experienced Operational Excellence Facilitator to join their business as part of continued and ongoing growth within the organisation.In this role, you will drive and embed a sustainable continuous improvement culture across the manufacturing facility. Working closely with all aspects of the business, we are looking for someone who has great expertise in communicating, coordinating, andbringing together key stakeholders and delivering real value-add solutions.Working across all the functions, the Operational Excellence Facilitator will support the business to drive improvement across all aspects of the business through the active engagement of people at all levels. This will be achieved through the deploymentof Continuous Improvement practices, tools and techniques.
