Apply NowOur client, a globally recognised retailer, is looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to join their busy and expanding team.The objective of the role is to provide a comprehensive and professional support service to the Director through managing the systems and processes in the area of responsibility and ensuring an efficient and cooperative working environment.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Providing daily administrative support to the Store Operations Director(s), including diary management, compiling meeting packs, agendas and reports, organising travel arrangements (not exhaustive) Aiding the Store Operations Director(s) with recruitment by co-ordinating interviews, work trials, inductions and starter packs and by liaising with agencies and external services Long-term calendar management ensuring annual activities run smoothly (meetings, planning & preparation) and schedule reviews to ensure on-time delivery of key pieces of work Ensuring actions and information requests are followed up appropriately and swiftly Researching, sourcing and general preparation for any events or meetings Planning, co-ordinating and managing meetings, including booking meeting rooms, providing refreshments, video conference set up and agenda preparation Building and maintaining excellent relationships and communications with a multitude of contacts and stakeholders, internally and externally Regular handling of confidential and sensitive information with the upmost discretion Drafting and proof reading of stakeholder documentation Supporting the inductions of new managers and team members, including completion of training plans Proactively identifying opportunities to improve current processes and increase efficiency and effectiveness within the teams Preparation of reporting packs, statistical information and providing relevant analysis when required Complies with deadlines in own area of responsibility Maintains an efficient and well-organised filing system for area of responsibilityQUALIFICATIONS & BACKGROUNDThe ideal candidate will have: At least 5 Years PA experience at a senior level, ideally within a corporate background Excellent time management and organisation skills A professional approach with a high level of discretion Excellent attention to detail Advanced Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook) Willingness to take responsibility, a flexible and pragmatic approach and a clear desire to succeed Pro-active, exceptionally well organised and able to prioritise Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and communication skills, able to communicate clearly and confidently to have a positive influence on others Ability to remain confidential and professional with sensitive personnel-related data and information Strong attention to detail; takes pride in delivering work to high standards Capable of building trust and relationships at all levels Calm under pressure Able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously Working at a fast pace, whilst maintaining attention to detailJob Types: Full-time, ContractSalary: £28,755.00-£34,980.00 per yearAt INP- Group we believe it is people that make the business succeed, the right people, expertly placed in the correct positions.
