Summary Have you got fantastic team leadership skills and experience of working to targets in a busy visitor environment We welcome over 200,000 visitors through our car park welcome point each year. We need your help to lead our experienced team of Welcome & ServiceAssistants to deliver exceptional customer service and grow our membership.Contract duration: This is a fixed term contract due to end when the previous employee returns from maternity leave. At this point we cannot confirm exactly how long this contract will last, but it is unlikely to be more than 12 months. Click here for more information about this location What youll be doing Visitors are a vital part of what we do. As a charity every penny we raise goes back into our continued conservation of our places and spaces. As the manager for the Welcome & Service team, youll lead by example, seizing all opportunities to grow our incomeat the visitor welcome, from promoting the benefits of our membership, to gift aid and direct debit schemes. Youll be responsible for inspiring your team to achieve membership targets, as well as delivering your own.Youll coach and motivate the team to ensure a high standard of customer service. Youll be responsible for the presentation of the visitor centre and three other welcome spaces.
