Job Description

We are looking for a Rentals Agent - administrator to join our busy and dynamic team. As the Rentals Agent - administrator you will deal directly with inbound customer queries, both service and sales related. To ensure success you should have some experiencein a sales environment and advanced administrative skills as the role includes a variety of administrative and clerical tasks and providing support to other areas of the businessRole: Rentals Agent AdministratorLocation: SevenoaksWorking hours: 35 hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pmSalary: £21,500What you will be doing:

  • Create the best rental experience by maximising on sales and service opportunities for every customer
  • Identify and qualify the customers needs providing a quotation for the rental product
  • Working towards targets to increase sales
  • Handling sensitive information and following data protection principles
  • Provide a professional service and promoting our brand in a positive manner
  • Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, email and letters
  • Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
  • Providing business support to all areas of the business when required
