Quality Managersites in Sevenoaks & Maidstonecirca £50,000profits share bonus schemepensioncar allowanceA leading local manufacturing company is looking for a skilled and experienced Quality Manager who will report to the board and oversee all aspects of the environment, Quality, and H&S. Using your skills as a Quality Manager you will be responsible for:- QMS ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards to be able to manage the annual audit process across these 3 standards- all matters of Health & Safety - audits, risk assessments, training, records, COSHH- all matters of environmental commitment and management- all matters of fire policy, drills, equipment testing, records, fire warden management- all matters of first aid, training records, management of first aiders- To clarify, the position will not carry out all training/testing rather you will manage the process, liaising with external suppliers to ensure compliance and ensuring that the ISO audit is passed- At the moment external consultants are used for H&S, Citation etc- A QMS is used for ISO audit and various suppliers do the testing and training. The company has also engaged a company to manage statutory compliance- This position will oversee all such arrangements and relationships with these suppliers and will be accountable for keeping strict records.Ideally, the candidate will:- know QMS and Citation and the Atlas system- have a clear track record of QHS and Environmental management within manufacturing/production businesses- have a strong track record and experience in ISO accreditation and audit- demonstrate a commercial approach to the task, recognising business demands- demonstrate good communication and liaison skills in a busy environmentAt KHR we take care to ensure that you are represented as well as possible so it is worth checking your CV for layout, spelling and grammar as well as making sure it is up to date before you submit.
