Job Description

Our client is looking for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their highly regarded and busy legal team. Based in Sevenoaks in Kent the successful candidate will:

  • Have a background in reviewing, drafting and negotiating a diverse range of corporate / commercial agreements and documents
  • Advise on corporate structuring matters
  • Work on various special projects, including acquisitions and disposals
  • Have post-qualification experience gained in a well-regarded law firm, with preferably some time spent in-house
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commercial / business outlook to their work
