Job Description

In this role you will be required to do the following duties:

  • To weigh out batches of product from primary ingredients using the Marco digital weighing systems.
  • Weigh out batches of product to feed the bottling lines;
  • Immediate reporting of irregularities during weighing;
  • Complete documents correctly and accurately to verify ingredient additions.
  • Liaise with Coordinators department over specification/quality issues.
  • Responsible for the upkeep of the weighing areas.
  • Working Monday to Friday Rotating shifts (04:00-12:00 / 12:00-20:00)

  • Experience working in a food factory
  • Food Safety Level 2
  • HACCP awareness
  • Previous experience of working with computerised weighing and cooking systems.
