Job Description

As Stock Controller you will be responsible for the following.

  • Daily reconciling of previous days production, processing of adjustments, returns and any other issues reported by our warehouses
  • Improve communication with warehouse colleagues and 3PLs through weekly/monthly feedback and review meetings.
  • Monthly reconciliations of stock between AS400 and 3PL systems through proactive communication and control of 3rd party warehousing. Communicating failures and escalating where necessary.
  • 2 Physical counts for all our warehouse each year at Half Year End (March) and Year End (September). You will be required to support the external auditors at the year-end count at which ever warehouses they choose to visit.

  • Negotiation skills are required to manage suppliers
  • Strong computer skills, (i.e. Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Knowledge of stock systems
  • Exemplary analytical skills are needed to excel in this position
