  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) with Key Stage 3 and GCSE science teaching experience.
  • Relevant Degree; Biology, Chemistry or Physics. You will teach your specialist subject at GCSE.
  • Uphold high expectations of all pupils and uphold high professional standards.
  • Understand the need for a scaffolded curriculum.
  • Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff.
  • Strong behaviour management skills with the ability to engage and build a rapport with young people.
This position is to commence after the February Half Term. Ideally you will be available for 3 or 4 days per week, however full-time can be offered.
