If youre as passionate about protecting the future as we are then youll fit right in.We are looking for a proficient Procurement Analyst to support the business and procurement with supplier relationship management, by measuring vendor performance against key metrics and contractual obligations in the delivery of category management strategies.Youll review and report on supplier contract metrics, incentives and KPIs that are aligned to their respective contracts. Youll support the Category Managers in the review and update of contracts, including service level agreements and key performance indicators as part of supplier performance reviews and recommendations. Youll input to sourcing activities which align with the business and category strategies as well as the subsequent management of them in terms of orders, contract performance and contract innovation/enhancements.Youll develop and implement the supplier relationship management process to realise maximum benefit with regular reviews and ensure alignment of supplier contracts to business objectives. Liaise with the business owner to be the single point of contact for in life commercial contract and supplier issues and support the business plan procurement requirements. Youll identify improvements externally and within the department to drive efficiency and quality on a continual basis and use market information to inform plans. You will also analyse markets, trends and adopt procurement best practice obtained across external sources and networks. Ability to analyse historical and live data to help shape future plans and ability to carry out technical analysis where required.Ideally, youll have experience in supply chain or contract management and be qualified or have previous experience in process improvement methodologies e.g. LEAN / Six sigma. Youll have experience and preferably in-depth knowledge of contract management and tools. Have previously demonstrated achievement in driving business improvement and performance through developing innovative supplier relations. Youll have experience of a range of commercial agreements and Legal awareness of contract risks & experience of commercial principles including supplies, services, works and framework agreements.
