Job Description

The role of the Operations Compliance Administrator is to support the Site Manager with ongoing administrative support as well as assisting the Health & Safety department in the smooth running of the Compliance function by providing Compliance administration support. This jobholder will also be the line manager for the front desk administrators/receptionists, being responsible for their training, time keeping and work load.Tasks include:

  • Ensure all staff are trained to the required standard for reception cover.
  • Ensure that reception is covered during holidays and unforeseen circumstances, sickness etc.
  • Ensure that all documentation assigned to the Front desk/Reception is kept up-to date.
  • Provide general day to day administrative support to the Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager
  • Produce reports on production figures on a daily basis
  • Monitor and record all staff holidays and when necessary authorise annual leave in the absence of the Site Manager / Assistant Site Manager
  • Monitor the levels of white diesel on site and place orders as needed
  • Assisting with Accidents and Investigations reports
  • Compile monthly EHS report and send to EHS department
  • Conduct Audits for the EHS department
  • Waste management control
  • Maintain and manage the emergency room
  • Conduct emergency team training with site staff and procedures are kept updated
  • Monthly distribution of Tool Box Talks
  • Ensuring our MSDS are kept up-to-date via Head office
  • The successful candidate will have the following:
  • Good level of communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent and professional telephone manner
  • Organised, being able to manage and prioritise your workload in a busy office environment effectively
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic about working independently, but also enjoy working in a teams and contributing to the success of the organisation
