Our IT function is using the latest Technology to deliver business benefit to Drax more quickly, improve user experience and drive operational efficiencies.A changing business with big ambitions,were now recruiting a .NET Developer as we continue to enhance the capabilities of our in-house applications. About the RoleAs part of a pro-active team, youll be developing, configuring and delivering software accurately and with quality. Its a varied role, giving you scope to work across a range of new and existing applications. Youll collaborate with the wider IT team and 3rd party suppliers, helping with all aspects of solution delivery including problem solving, coding and planning the technical direction of our systems in association with the architecture team. Youll also have the opportunity to act as a mentor, coaching and developing junior members of the team.About YouYoull bring experience working in both .NET Framework and Core, as well as SQL Server. A good understanding of Azure DevOps, both build and release pipelines, and source control would be ideal.Keeping up to date with the latest technologies, youll have strong knowledge of web services and cloud platforms.
