Job Purpose To support the continued growth of the company with developing and delivering purposeful, creative content for brand projects. From first scribbles to beautifully crafted solutions, this role will help and support with bringing the brand of The Skills Networkto life.Youre a talented designer with a keen creative eye whos equally passionate about the technical details. You will be responsible for conceptualising creative designs for a range of media for internal and external marketing. You will design and produce highquality motion graphics to be used in video, socials, emails, and websites, editing from original footage/stock assets. You need to be someone who can tell a story through video and hit the ground running. The ability to communicate concepts in an articulatemanner is key to the success of this role.Youll be able to share an impressive, versatile, creative portfolio showcasing various projects and creative executions across print, through to art working and digital, with strong typographic skills, that youve worked on from conceptual design throughto completion.Key ResponsibilitiesMain

• Be able to design static and video marketing communication tools for both offline and online mediums such as emails, direct mail, brochures, social media, website, exhibitions, and events.
• Design and format all online learning materials, working on our online learning platform, and any course-related materials.
• Youll be comfortable working with, and consulting on brand guidelines, knowing when to work firmly within, and when to push the boundaries.
• Ensure all design elements are consistent with the brand look and feel.
• Understanding the ability to design in 2D & 3D.
• Experience working to tight deadlines balancing multiple projects and briefs, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
• The ability to create and deliver video animation for various media platforms and contribute ideas and design artwork to the overall brief.
• Be responsible for the correct sourcing of all imagery and be aware of copyright laws and legislation / the use of images and secondary sources.
• Create visual concepts to communicate ideas that will inspire, inform, and captivate learners and other customers.
• Experienced in concept development, with confidence in presenting ideas to stakeholders.
• Think creatively and innovatively to produce new ideas to engage learners.
• Excellent knowledge and experience using Adobe Creative Suite products: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience in professional video editing, incorporating text and graphic animation and experience in all aspects of post-production including editing, colour grading, encoding and compression.
