Job Description

Credit ControllerSelby North Yorkshire YO8£27,000 per annumFull time Permanent roleOffice based working Monday to Friday 9am5pmHawk 3 Talent Solutions are working with a professional services company based in Selby, North Yorkshire who are looking for a Senior Credit Controller to join their team.The RoleReporting to the Head of Finance, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join a small team, providing accurate, timely, cost-effective and high-quality credit control for their client base.Duties

  • Supervise and review monthly ledgers
  • Preparation and monitoring of relevant documentation in support of court proceedings
  • Preparation of files and claims forms in respect of bad debts, liquidation etc
  • Manage and monitor credit limits/terms
  • Produce weekly reports
  • Copy invoices/statements
  • Dealing with credit control queries
The Person
  • Skills in Excel, Sage and ideally XERO and QuickBooks
  • Minimum of 3 years credit control experience
  • Excellent communications skills via telephone and email
  • Organised and able to work to deadlines
  • Good relationship building skills
