Job Description

Job Title: HR Advisor Location:SandySalary: Up to £22,000 per annum Role: 12 Month FTC We are looking for a HR Advisor with experience of working across the HR function and willing to support where required. This could include HR systems, compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, employment policy and any other day to day element of the HR function where project work may be taking place. No experience in the sector is necessary as our client recognises the value of a workforce from diverse backgrounds and welcome applications from candidates who have a strong HR background who can build strong relationships and deliver an excellent HR service to their stakeholders. These key attributes may have been developed in other industries and our client recognises the value of such input.IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • You will enjoy multi-tasking and working to tight deadlines, ensuring you deliver the essential HR annual calendar events and activities for the business
  • You will be able to prioritise your work effectively to ensure you always achieve deadlines and will willingly provide support to other members of the HR team
  • Your commitment to confidentiality and accuracy will be paramount, and you’ll be comfortable analysing, managing and validating highly confidential and complex data

  • THE ROLE – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • As a HR Advisor you will maintain the HR system and accuracy of its data, producing reports for system users in the HR team and across the business
  • You will be responsible for ensuring compliance and legal obligations are met with the completion of HR administration tasks, such as the monthly pension auto enrolment process, and other benefit related tasks
  • As a HR Advisor you will comply with all GDPR regulations and support the administration of GDPR tasks within the HR team and wider business
  • You will support with the integration of the new HR system (SAP) and help to ensure it operates as efficiently as possible
  • You will respond proactively to employee requests, delivering a first-class service and support to users across the business with HR system queries as and when required
  • You will be comfortable working with high volumes of information and be competent in using excel to sort and produce information for stakeholders
