Job Description

  • A salary of up to 60k basic + 10% bonus
What youll do:As the business continues to grow, youll integrate new businesses within the EMEA, standardising processes, addressing cultural differences, and creating and an onboarding process that will develop a regional togetherness.Youll create and develop your regional HR plan, in line with the global people agenda whilst providing generalist advice, support, and coaching for approximately 300-350 employees. Although youll be working on some great projects, you must be comfortablewith getting into the nitty-gritty of the day-to-day HR support.What youll need:
  • A though knowledge of UK employment law
  • Experience of working internationally, preferable within Europe, the Middle East, or Africa.
  • People management experience
  • Experience working in a professional service business would be a distinct advantage
  • Comfortable working in a hyper-growth company, growing at 30% year on year.
Other information
  • Salary: Up to 60k + bonus
  • Office location: Cheshire
  • Homeworking: will need to commute to the office for occasional HR team meetings.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 9-5 pm
  • 2 x salary life insurance
