An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing company who specialise in Biometric access control systems as Operations and Technical Service Manager. A competitive salary of £45k is on offer with an annual performance related bonus of a further£5k per annum. You will benefit from an executive level company car as well as excellent benefits including 23 days holiday plus bank holidays.To be successful for this role you will have previous experience managing an external field service team. A background in CCTV, Biometrics or intruder alarms is beneficial however not essential. If you have a technical background in engineering or electronicsthat would be preferable. To fit in with the team you will be committed to offering clients excellent customer service as well as driven to meet the performance objectives of the company. You will be dynamic in your approach and be able to motivate and mentoryour team. Excellent communication skills are a must. You must live within a commutable distance to Crewe as you will be spending 2 days per week in the Crewe office.The Operations and Technical Service Managers role will include:
