Job Description

HR ASSISTANT SANDBACH£30,000PERMANENT POSIITON My client are a global organisation established for over 25 years with headquarters based in Sandbach. Due to continued growth and success of the business they are currently recruiting a HR Assistant to join the team of 2. The main purpose of this role willbe to maintain the HR system, Support managers with all aspects or recruitment and prepare instructions for payroll. You will assist the HR team in providing a proactive and professional generalist global HR service to a current global workforce of 210 staffmembers. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy HR function, familiar working with a HR system and confident with the full recruitment process.Role responsibilities:

  • Provide a proactive HR administrative service in all areas of HR
  • Manage the HR system, ensure data is accurate and up to date for current employees
  • Prepare and issue relevant staff documentation and prepare reports to the management team
  • Support the recruitment and selection processes. This will involve working closely with managers, preparing job descriptions and person specifications, shortlisting candidates, preparing assessment documentation and support with interviews
  • Support training and development processes and procedures
  • Provide administration support for payroll activities for staff globally
  • Provide administrative and research support for pay reviews and bonuses
  • Prepare training needs analysis from appraisals ad complete training plan schedules
  • Support with projects and HR research
Skills and personal attributes required:
  • HR Qualification
  • Previous HR experience
  • Knowledge of UK Law
  • Excellent relationship building skills
