Job Description

Gas Safe Engineer (Prestige Builds) | Sandbach| Full Time| Dependant on experienceOmnia is a family-run business respected throughout Cheshire and Manchester for its professionalism, attention-to-detail and client-centric approach to plumbing and heating.Our aim is to share our expertise with you in such a way that we are not imposing on your time or your home, making the experience as pleasant and stress-free as possible.Please note- The position is predominately on-site, working on new builds, and includes multiple bathrooms, underfloor heating, and small plant rooms.What can you expect in return

Are you the right person for the job
  • Applicants must have a full clean UK driving licence and be happy to have a DBS check as this is required on some jobs.
  • Must be Gas Safe registered.
  • 3yrs + experience (required)
  • General Plumbing 3yrs +.
  • Must have excellent people skills as the role will be customer-facing.
  • Essential to be a clean and tidy worker and respectful of peoples homes and belongings.
What will your role as a Gas Safe Engineer look like
  • Installation of bespoke heating systems and plant rooms
  • Installation of pipework, fixtures and fitting for heating and bathroom installs
  • Carry out installation of underfloor heating and final check to settings/adjustments to flow rates, pressure testing etc
  • Provide technical assistance to all aspects of site works
  • Diagnose and fix faults on boilers and central heating systems.
  • Correctly identifying parts and replacement of the same, on a wide variety of boilers and other gas appliances and heating systems.
  • Applicants must be able to work operating a tablet system, which includes recording jobs, filling in worksheets, ordering parts etc.
