Are you an experiencedcustomer service professionalDo you haveexperience in ExportWe are recruiting for aCustomer Service Advisorto join a global material solutions company based inSandbach, Cheshire on a6-month fixed term contract paying up to £21,000, working Monday-Thursday 8.30am - 5pm and Friday 8.30am-3.45pm (37.5hours) + free parking. As aCustomer Service Advisor,you will be responsible for receiving and processing orders,creating quotes on the ERP system,logging customer feedback, and providing commercial support includingpreparing, sending, and following up offers and samples to customers.To be successful in this role it is essential that you haveprevious customer service experience from export, or a manufacturing, production, materials or technical industry,with strong IT skills and knowledge ofERP systems.You should be a good team player, able to work off your own initiative, and have a strong work ethic.
