Compliance Manager / Officer - Sandbach, Cheshire - Salary up to £60K plus Benefits - Hybrid working - Progression availableOur client is well established as one of the leading Financial Planning organisations in their field. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Compliance professional to assist the Compliance & Operations Director in their Sandbach office.Due to continued growth and increased business levels, the company are looking to hire a Compliance Manager to take over a number of duties including; assisting with file reviews, answer daily queries and questions on generic compliance issues, acting asa buffer between the staff and the Director etc.The Director is working towards retirement and so ideally the successful candidate will be someone that they can see taking over the Compliance function within the business in a few years.Candidates must have file review experience and a broad knowledge of the handbook rules. Any experience of T&C would also be an advantage. Candidates will be Diploma Qualified and have a good understanding of Compliance within an IFA practice.The company are known for looking after their staff, with candidates offered full training and support towards qualifications.
