Compliance Assistant - File Checking - Financial Planning Organisation - Sandbach / Flexible Home working - Salary negotiable, around £30 to £40K plus Bonus and Benefits MBF Recruitment are currently working with a well established firm of Financial Planners in Sandbach to recruit a Compliance AssistantThis company are specialists in their niche market and truly make a difference to the lives of their clientsThe role will be to monitor the activities of the companys Financial Planning team by reviewing business recommended by the firms Financial Planners and undertaking monitoring and risk analysis. You must also use key control metrics and business MI toidentify risk and recommend the required actions, including any training that should be delivered, new processes implemented or controls that need improving.Candidates will ideally come from a Compliance/ Risk background within the Wealth management / Financial Planning sector and will have file checking experience. The role would also suit a highly experienced and organised Financial Planning Administratoror Paraplanner who is looking for something more compliance focused. Ideally the successful candidate will have started studying towards the Diploma Financial PlanningThis is a fantastic opportunity to work for a business that cares about their staff and clientsSalary is negotiable up to around £40,000 plus benefits and the company can offer hybrid working after your initial training period.
