Our client offers financial advice to its clients and has been established for over 22 years.As the Receptionist and Administrator, you will play an active role in meeting and greeting clients to the Business and be involved with the administration. The role will offer a varied work pattern and no day will be the same. Our client in response is lookingfor a highly organised professional who offers a personable nature to their line of work.* Respond to all customer enquiries via telephone and email* Manage compliant documents and data security* Arrange meetings and book appointments* Manage all postal correspondence* Compile invoices and upload these to the database* Maintain databases and task management systems* Type and process documents* Adhoc admin duties such as filing Candidate Requirements: * Experience with all Microsoft packages -including Excel* An excellent communicator* Ability to manage their time accordingly and meet specific deadlines* An organised individual* A team player who can work also work individually when required* A personable and professional individualThis role would suit people who also have the following experience: Financial Services Administrator, Insurance Administrator, Banking, Legal Administrator, Claims Administrator, Underwriting, Wealth Management, Independent Financial AdvisorCommutable from: Crewe, Nantwich, Northwich, Middlewich, Congleton, WinsfordHours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm Salary: £22,000 Per AnnumBrampton Recruitment is an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region.
