Celsian Education are currently working with an inner city school who require a teacher for Year 6 Intervention. The school is a three from entry school and they have an excellent record of SATS progress, with this in mind they are looking for someone to join their team from November. The school are looking for a specialist who has prepared children for Year 6 SATS before but also:* someone who can and record the progress being made * set clear objectives for where the children need to be and what steps need to be achieved to reach this* able to differentiate all planning so that all children of all ability groups can succeed* be driven to succeed and encourage the pupils to achieve their goals The person for this role would be someone who is a qualified primary teacher but also has the following qualities; flexible, approachable, personable, able to get on with the job required, fits in like a permanent member of staff.
