The various creative teams look after their own clients, with the Associate and Creative Directors looking after a group of accounts. In the role of Design Director, you will look after a key account and its various brands. There is a clear career path in front of a Design Director, so if you want to grow and grow, then this client can offer just that. They are based in Birmingham, with client offices across the UK and internationally. The Design Director role is empowered to spend time on the client site.The RoleWe are looking to find a candidate who can bring their wealth of shopper and activation experience to a team of 6 Designers and one client. You will spend your time taking the design lead across various brands, within one company. Its a shopper activation account, employing omnichannel communication strategies to engage consumers in both the digital and physical environment. You will develop a great relationship with your client, and direct the design across your design team of 6. You will also support the creative direction of the account, working with your client to push boundaries and do new things! Its not a hands-on design role, but all your design experience will bring a ton of value to the success of the team.About You
