Job Description

Juice is delighted to be supporting a growing business situated between Bath and Bristol. Super new PA role offered on a part time basis - 5 shorter days or 3 full days. This is a varied position working closely with the director of the business.Duties will include the following -

  • Working closely with the director of the business to agree on weekly and daily objectives
  • Actively managing a busy inbox, responding to emails, filtering and escalating where necessary
  • Answering all incoming calls and dealing with queries, taking messages where appropriate
  • Updating all relevant information re company vehicles, (booking MOTs and leasing)
  • Updating company insurances and accreditations are up to date
  • Distributing up to date reports with regards to hire of equipment
  • Organising and planning meetings, taking notes producing actions/ minutes where needed
  • Conducting research into new products /suppliers as and when required by the director
  • Completing actions required by the senior management team
  • Assisting the management team where required with ad-hoc duties, including travel and diary management
  • Compiling and presenting data as and when required
