Temporary HR Administrator - Saltash - Negotiable DOEWell Placed HR are delighted to have been exclusively retained by our long-standing client, a successful services business and notable employer in Saltash. The business urgently seeks to recruit a temporary HR Administrator to join them on an ongoing basis(potentially long term), with full time working hours. The business has a sizeable headcount of employees working across multiple sites and this role will work within a highly experienced and efficiently functioning people management team.This is a broad contract that represents an exceptional opportunity for a candidate with limited human resources exposure looking to develop their career in the sector, or an experienced office administrator seeking a move into a people management function.Key responsibilities to include:- Support a diverse range of HR administration duties using bespoke HR software systems- Recruitment: Assisting with all areas of the recruitment function including vacancy advertisements, interviewing and onboarding process- Human resources administration including assistance with payroll, maintenance of HR date, employee relations, training and developmentWere seeking a candidate with a minimum of 6-12 months of experience gained either in a people management function, or a fast-paced administration department. Candidates that are working towards CIPD or qualified to CIPD 3 (or above), are most welcome toapply. The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a team or autonomously.
