Job Description

Are you an enthusiastic individual with a drive for success Pertemps is currently seeking an ambitious Senior Customer Coordinator to join their clients team based just over the Tamar bridge in Saltash, Cornwall. Our client are a very successful learningand development company, with offices in the UK, the USA and Germany and were first established in 1991.The successful Senior Customer Coordinator will manage a variety of complex enquiries and small-scale projects that deliver outstanding learning outcomes to their customers that deliver value, quality, innovation, and performance. You will do this through greatclient relationships and organisational skills.The successful Senior Customer Coordinator will:

  • Provide a proactive and high-quality logistics and admin service to their clients
  • Understand client requirements, learning demand, and manage complex activities, enquires and projects to conclusion, delivering against client needs in a timely, cost-effective manner.
  • Act as a point of contact and escalation internally and externally for client work, including making recommendations on scheduling approaches and admin practices.
  • Prepare and lead client calls and meetings
  • Support learning initiatives with a variety of reporting and analytics that enable effective decision making, identification of trends and opportunities to improve the service or value.

  • The proven ability to plan and organise effectively
  • Experience of rapidly identifying and responding to issues
  • Demonstrable negotiation skills
  • A professional approach and excellent communication skills
  • Experience in a business-to-business client focused environment
  • A proven ability to analyse data, identify trends or seek opportunities for improvement
  • Good standard of Mathematics (minimum GCSE C and above or equivalent)
  • Competent with MS Office, including Microsoft Excel

  • Salary of £21,500-£22,500 per annum
