Job Description

Pertemps is lookingfor a dynamic and experienced Sales Administrator to join a leading cycling company based in Saltash. This is a part time role working a minimum of 25 hours per week, from 9:00-3:00 Monday - Thursday and then 9:00-2:30 on Fridays!As the Sales Administrator you will be working as part of the Internal Sales team, reporting to the Sales Support Manager. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks, data input and report creation, in an efficient and accurate manner on a regularbasis.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe specific dutiesos Sales Administrator will include, though not be limited to:

  • Assist and provide support to the sales team.
  • Compile and circulate sales reports.
  • Send customer stock lists.
  • Work closely with sales team and support their needs.
  • Maintain and update customer records.
  • Assist in taking customer telephone calls.
  • Daily House Account order processing.
  • Collation of product data to enable customer web listings.
Skills and Experience/QualificationsEssential:
  • Intermediate level Excel skills.
  • Accurate processing skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Good standard of IT skills to include Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook).
  • Highly organised and a self-starter with a proven ability to multi-task and use their own initiative to solve problems.
  • Reliable and committed approach to work.
  • Friendly and helpful attitude with good communication skills.
Desirable:
  • Knowledge of Sage X3 system or similar level (ERP) accounts system.
  • Experience of working in a distribution or retail business.
  • Experience of Multi Currency transactions.
