Job Description

Pertemps is currently seeking a dynamic Sales Administrator for their clienta global award-winning supplier for the best bike shops in the UK! This is your chance to grasp the opportunity to join their rapidly expanding team within its UK office inSaltash, Cornwall. Our client imports cycling equipment, dealing with an extensive range of performance driven products including some of the finest bikes, components, clothing, and accessories in the world. They pride themselves on their range of high-quality products and theservice they offer to their customers.The successful Sales Administrator will be working as part of the Internal Sales team, reporting to the Sales Support Manager. You would be responsible for various administrative tasks, data input and report creation, in an efficient and accurate manner ona regular basis.As the Sales Administrator, you will be:

  • Compiling and circulating sales reports
  • Sending customer stock lists
  • Working closely with sales team and support their needs
  • Maintaining and update customer records
  • Assisting in taking customer telephone calls
  • Processing back-order payments
  • Collating product data to enable customer web listings
Essential attributes of the Sales Administrator
  • Intermediate level Excel skills
  • Accurate processing skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Good standard of IT skills to include Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook)
  • Highly organised and a self-starter with a proven ability to multi-task and use their own initiative to solve problems
  • Reliable and committed approach to work
  • Friendly and helpful attitude with good communication skills
Desirable attributes of the Sales Administrator
  • Knowledge of Sage X3 system or similar level (ERP) accounts system
  • Experience of working in a distribution or retail business
  • Experience of Multi Currency transactions
This is a permanent position, with working hours of MondayThursday 9:00am to 3:00pm and Friday 9:00am to 2:30pmwho doesnt like an early finish on a Friday!
