3R Consulting are recruiting a PPC Specialist working on a hybrid basis, a mix of home and office based working - commutable of Saltash, Cornwall.Offering a fantastic working environment within a small, well established digital marketing team you will be responsible for managing PPC channels and applying best practice techniques to ensure leads are generated in line with company budgets, lead targetsand ROI benchmarks. The role is solely focussed on acquisition through paid media channels, specifically Google Ads.Management of all aspects of Google Ads PPC Advertising, creation of ad copy, day to day maintenance and optimisation. Testing of networks, placements, bid strategies, creative and targeting and working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Designer.You must have experience in a commercial digital marketing position and hands on experience in the optimisation of Google Ads and working with monthly budgets. It is desirable to have a practical understanding and awareness of Native Advertising Networkssuch as Outbrain/Taboola, paid social media such as Facebook, TikTok, Twitter & Snapchat.You will have commercial awareness, excel skills and knowledge of best practice landing page optimisation. Desirable experience using Unbounce or an equivalent. MS Dynamics, CRM and experience of Sitecore CRM a bonus.Competitive salary & benefits.
