Job Title: Positive Behaviour Support LeadJob Type: Permanent, full timeLocation: SaltashSalary: £35,000.00About the role:We are searching for someone who is passionate about Positive Behaviour Support, and keeps up to date with developments in the field, has extensive experience and knowledge of PBS, including the analysis of behaviour, and has recognised qualification in PBSwith extensive practical experience of supporting people with ASC, SEMH, ADHD.JOB PURPOSE: To ensure that approaches to Positive Behaviour Support are an integral part of life at School. To promote Wellbeing and positive behaviours through sensitive approaches to each pupil in the school with the understanding that any behaviour is a form of communication. To train, support and advise staff on approaches to supporting Wellbeing in liaison with the Therapy Team through coordinated approaches. To design and implement approaches with clear objectives which can be monitored and assessed from starting point, reporting on progress. To lead by example supporting pupils to manage and learn from their behaviours.
