Maintenance Worker based at Janeva Court, Saltash.Permanent - Part Time - 15 Hours per Week MHA currently have a permanent, part time Maintenance Worker position available.We can interview immediately! About the Role Reporting to the manager, you will be responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep duties required to ensure safe and attractive environments for our residents and staff. Your duties will include planned preventative work and safety checks, as wellas running repairs. You will also be responsible for arranging and supervising external contractors to conduct work on site. Additionally, youll make sure that all our gardens and grounds are beautifully presented and immaculately looked after, sharing yourlove of outdoor spaces with residents and visitors.This position will be a satisfying role for an individual who can demonstrate practical skill in organisation, maintenance and painting and decorating.
