Vacancy Overview:This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and career in administration, working for a national company in Saltash PL12 6JW.Working Week:37.5 hours per week Mon-Fri 09.00 - 17.00 - 30 min lunchDetailed Remit are recruiting on behalf of Hemsley Fraser Group, Saltash PL12 6JW for someone to join their team and undertake a Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship. The role will provide excellent internal and external service to customers and suppliers by carrying out complete, accurate, and timely administration for company and Business Support, Finance, and Client Services function. Tasks and responsibilities will include: Plan, prioritise, and organise personal weekly workload in order to meet deadlines and targets/objectives. Deliver workload ensuring compliance to processes and procedures. Follow the Finance / Purchase Ledger process. Work within the Client Services and Procurement functions. Maintain and update accurate and timely information systems (web and/or databases) and share accordingly with colleagues to optimise team efficiency and accuracy of reporting.Skills Required: Customer Orientated. Working Together. Planning and Organising. Business Communication Skills. Experience in a customer focused environment. Good knowledge of MS Office & accurate keyboard skills.
