Job Description

Pertemps are recruiting for a part time Administrator to support a successful internal sales team, located in Saltash.As the Administrator, you will supporting the busy sales team with any administration support needed. You will also be requiredto -

  • Receive and process sales orders via email or phone
  • Create and circulate internal reports
  • Send customer stock lists
  • Work closely with sales team and supporting their needs
  • Compile sales reports
  • Maintain and update customer records
The role will be working Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 3:00pm with some slight flexibility if needed.Temporary to Permanent£10.00 per hourThe successfulcandidate will need to be a very competent user of Excel as the role will involve the use of this on a daily basis.
