Job Description

Purchase Ledger ClerkSaltash£20000- £22000Our client is looking to expand their finance team with a Finance Assistant in Purchase Ledger. The position will involve working as part of their purchase ledger team at their headquarters in Satlash. This is a company that offers structure & support, aswell as a warm friendly feel in their accounts team.Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Ensuring unmatched invoices are matched
  • Setting up new supplier accounts
  • Taking a key role in the implementation of automated invoice scanning software
  • Resolving supplier and customer queries
  • Ensuring supplier terms are met, and discounts claimed prior to payment.
