Accounts Assistant - Saltash - £22,500 - £24,000Trial Balance have been reengaged by a very successful global client with the task of finding a new Accounts Assistant to join their team. The role is offered on a permanent, full time basis with a very favourable hybrid working pattern. (They require aminimum of 1 day per week in the office.). The business has undergone some exciting recent growth and the need has now arisen to expand the finance department. The role will work alongside the experienced Finance Manager and you will be supported by a well-established group of colleagues. This will be a broad hands-on role where the successful candidate will have a focus on purchase ledger.Core components of the role will include: -working with your team to process weekly payment runs-matching and coding invoices-supplier statement reconciliations-leger reconciliations-invoice checks-managing incoming sales queries-covering other members of the finance teamFor this role we seek a motivated and career driven entry level finance candidate who wants to progress their career. For the right person the client will consider as little as 2 months relevant experience. Candidates may be current studying or wishing toand the client is happy to support this moving forward.
