Liberty offers professional gas installation, maintenance and servicing, as well as energy solutions, witha strong commitment to value for money services that make a positive difference to people and the communities in which we work.We are looking to recruitan experienced Wet Fitter, to work in the Greater Manchester to provide a high quality and cost-effective heating system maintenance and repair service and to carry out high quality remedial works to domestic properties to a rangeof different social housing properties.Key responsibilities for this Wet Fitter role are:Installations and repairs of domestic heating systems including replacements of radiators and valvesInstallations of electric fire suitesGeneral building works within a domestic propertyEnsuring all works are carried out to a high standardCompletion of all relevant paperworkEnsure customer satisfaction and safetyParticipate in out of hours worksWork to operational procedures, safe working practices and H&S proceduresReporting of all accidents, near miss events or potential hazardsUndertake all other maintenance works within remitWork flexibly with a diverse range of customersExperience and Qualifications:Recognised formal training attaining the relevant craft qualification,NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalentMust have a recognised Apprenticeship and qualification for a tradeMust be competent in all aspects of the Wet Fitter disciplineFull clean driving licenseUnderstanding of Health and Safety and working to best practiceAbility to manage own time and workloadExperience of working with the public, demonstrating excellent customer service.FlexibilityWe offer a range of benefits for a rewarding career including though not limited to:
