Milk Education are working in partnership with an alternative provision in the Salford area who are currently recruiting for a full-time behaviour mentor with a background in sports coaching. This is a long-term post with the potential to be made permanentfor the right person. Your role as a behaviour mentor, is to support and mentor students who may display behaviours that challenge as a response of their SEMH needs. You will be a key part in the young person’s educational journey, support them in regulatingtheir emotions, boosting attainment and building effective relationships and communication techniques.
