Milk Education are working with a school in the Salford area who are looking to appoint a SEND HLTA. This role will involve supporting children with moderate to severe and complex needs including those that are non-verbal and require the use of devices tocommunicate (having experience with these types of devices is preferred). Some children are in wheelchairs and most of the children in the school have an EHCP, so there is a lot of 1:1 support required around school. The successful candidate will be expectedto undertake all activities as required during their time at the school and be able to work as part of a team as well as being proactive. The role is full-time and long-term with working hours from 8:30-3:30pm.
