Job Description

We are looking for experienced SIA Event Steward (SIA Door Supervisor license holders only)to come and join ourever growing sports event teambased in Manchester. You musthave minimum 6 months experience working at different events oras a security offier at different venues or events.You will receive a competitive salary of between£10.50- £13.50per hour.Key responsibilities as ourSIA Event Steward:

• Checking tickets
• Searching bags and the public upon their arrival
• Directing the public to their seats
• Answering any questions and assisting the public with any information on the event
• Supporting the response team by patrolling the venues of any disorder and removing people if needed

OurSIA Event Stewardswill be covering:

• Festivals
• Concerts
• Indoor & Outdoor Events
• Football Stadiums in Manchester and the Northwest.
• Horse racing
• Cricket
• Rugby

• Clear communication skills
• Confident to communicate on the radio
• Confident in dealing with members of the public
• Commitment into working long hours outdoors
