Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join the friendly team at our Manchester dealership based in Salford (M3).It is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with previous customer service experience to join a manufacturer-owned group.Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Guiding customers through the process of servicing their vehicle
  • Advising on cost, timescales and arranging courtesy cars
  • Keeping customers informed of their vehicle’s progress throughout the day
  • Promoting our products and services confidently
  • Gaining authority for extra work and invoicing
  • Providing administrative support to ensure full compliance with all manufacturer warranty systems
    • For this high-profile role the successful candidate will be/have:
  • Current experience in a Service Advisor role preferably at a main dealer
  • Dedicated to providing customers with outstanding service
  • Friendly and confident
  • Computer literate and able to use web-based platforms
  • A full clean UK Driving Licence
    • The working hours for the role are Monday-Friday 8am-6pm with 1 hour for lunch and alternate Saturday mornings on a rota 8.30am-12.30pmWhat we’d like to offer you
