Job Description

Senior RMN NurseLocation: Swinton, Manchester (M27)Salary: £39,091 per annum + £3,000 welcome bonus Hours: Days - 37 hour contract Time Recruitment is assisting a national charitable organisation in their search for a Senior RMN Nurse for their outstanding community setting based in Swinton, Salford; we are looking for strong nurse leader to join this company that has been establishedfor over 60 years offering support with substance misuse, learning disability and mental health & wellbeing support.With over 300 locations in total; this service is unique its a small 10 bedded independent hospital offering rehabilitation packages to informal and detained patients under the MHA; all mixed gender who have severe and enduring mental health needs includingdual diagnosis.As a Senior RMN nurse working for a not-for-profit organisation you will hold the following responsibilities whilst working alongside a vast and robust MDT team of OTs, support staff and art therapists:* Playing a major part in the MDT meeting and liaising with CMHT and leading on evidence based frameworks and treatments* Adhering to NICE guidelines* Develop care packages and risk management plans alongside discharge planning* Ensuring a recovery focused pathway is embedded in service users routines * Clinical governance and quality assurance * Supervise, guide and mentor staff* Clinical auditing and health and safety management * MDT reviews and 1:1 service user involvement * Deputise for the clinical lead and take care in occasional on callThe ideal candidate for the Senior RMN Nurse position is:* RMN qualified nurse who is NMC registered * Strong knowledge of the mental health act * Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills* Experienced in clinical supervisions and appraisals (alongside receiving them also)* Good IT skills Benefits for the Senior RMN Nurse include:* £3,000 welcome bonus * NMC pin paid for* Comprehensive learning and development opportunities* 31 days paid holiday a year increasing with each year of service up to 33 days* Option to buy and sell holidays and spread the cost* Exclusive discounts - high street shopping, pubs, restaurants, mobile, gym and more* Blue light card* Free therapy service * Flexible working solutions* Life assurance x3 times your salary* Employer contribution pension scheme* Online wellbeing and financial education hub* 24/7 employee assistance programme* Recognition awards and long service bonuses * Cycle to work scheme and interest free season ticket loans* £300 bonus for referring a friend!
